Hello Robert,
at least there was no plan to remove or restrict anybody's rights.
Could you please double-check whether you are logged in correctly? This
still confuses me, sometimes. In the upper right corner you should see
an icon with your avatar image or your initials ("RS"). If you see an
"arrow into the door" icon, you are not logged in.
If that doesn't solve the issue, please see whether some of the advice
on https://wiki.qt.io/Jira_Cloud_migration can help.
