[Development] Stepping down as maintainer of Network SSL and QtWebsockets

I am hereby stepping down as the maintainer of Network SSL and QtWebsockets.

In my place I would like to nominate Mårten Nordheim of the Qt Company as the new maintainer of Network SSL component (and he
Is already the maintainer of QtWebsockers).
