[Development] Network issues

Dear Colleagues,

We are currently experiencing network issues, affecting internal services like the intranet, openNebula and VPN Access. There is also an impact on COIN performance. Codereview and Jira are unaffected.


For now all we can say is: Colleagues are working intensively to fix the problem. Sorry for the inconveniences.
