[Development] Feature freeze exception for Qt Task Tree's ListIterator

Hi All,

I request a feature freeze exception to get some important
innovations for ListIterator into Qt 6.12. They include:

[1] Generalization of the supported container type when
constructing an iterator with container getter
(passing a function returning container):

[2] Generalization of the supported container type when
constructing an iterator with direct container:

[3] Since ListIterator after [1] and [2] is much more general now,
the ListIterator class name doesn't match the reality anymore.
The rename to RangeIterator, including a deprecation of the original
ListIterator symbol, is here:

I would appreciate the approval of the proposed exception,
since some of these new features should be really handy in
the upcoming new examples / demos.
