[Development] HEADS-UP: Qt 6.12 API change review

I've let Opus 4.8 lose on the two XL patches, so consider those covered. But I don't want to burn though all my tokens for this, so I would prefer if someone else could do it for the others.

I used this prompt, but I can't say, yet, whether it was a good choice:
Please review attached Qt 6.11..6.12 header diff for violations of https://wiki.qt.io/Things_To_Look_Out_For_In_Reviews and https://community.kde.org/Policies/Binary_Compatibility_Issues_With_C%2B%2B. The primary goal is to find BC and SC problems that would be hard or impossible to fix after the release. The secondary goal is to find style violations for rules listed in TTLOFIR (see link above), incl. the canons linked from there. Output as a list of comments with <file>:<line> anchors. If something isn't clearly BC or SC, output a question asking for clarification. This is part of the process described in https://contribute.qt-project.org/quips/10. The Qt project distinguishes between acceptable and unacceptable SiC, this is defined in https://contribute.qt-project.org/quips/6.
