I was waiting for feature freeze (both ours and $DAYJOB). Done now.

I will submit issues to the few projects we've found on GitHub using it, 
advising that the class will be gone in Qt 6.13.

Scott: do you want to start a playground project to rewrite the class from 
scratch? If so, I can advise those projects of this and that they ought to 
contribute.
