Hi,

I'd like to nominate Thomas Senyk as approver for the Qt project.

He is - like everyone in PS - not working full-time on Qt, but he's been
contributing to all layers of the graphics stack through the years. He
also is the author of the Wayland compositor side of the application
manager and currently starting to work more on that project again.
