[Development] qt5.git broken / staging restricted

Hi all,

staging in qt5 is possible again.
My colleague Jimis has already informed the mailing list last Thursday. However, for some reason his e-mail hasn't made it to the mailing list archive.

Hi all,

Staging on qt5.git shall remain restricted until further notice, because toplevel builds are broken.
We're also cancelling ongoing integrations, as they are bound to fail.
Fixing is ongoing and we will keep you posted.
