I think the minimum of
 - what's on debian current stable (that's Debian 13 Trixie)
 - what's on the most recent, but still 6 months old ubuntu LTS (24.04)
 - what's on most recent rhel
 - what's on most recent stable-ish (open)suse 

as an opensource developer and occasional Qt contributor is fine.

and 3.25 at least fits all of those, according to QTBUG-146221 - 3.26
would also fit.
