Looks like the issue has been resolved on its own.
Cache fixes are not yet in place, but integrations are passing again.

Hi,

CI is currently blocked because we get “Too many requests” error for downloads from maven repository.
We are working caching the need items, but it will take a while.

This is unfortunate situation as the feature freeze is today.
