Uhm... that's not exactly what in my understanding means "clear": whenever there is an "or" involved that means there is a choice to be made -> not clear.

Anyway, I agree that a "Fullscreen" standard key  sequence would be very useful (so in case of KDE it could be F11... or Ctrl+Shift+F... or both, just to make sure to be clear ;)). As a matter of fact I was looking for it, too, severeal months ago...
