[Interest] Qt5 alpha on windows

Hi,

As mentioned in http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/5.0/requirements-win.html
, I installed python,perl and extracted jom in the path.

But when I configure with configure -prefix c:\qt\qt-5\\qtbase -opensource -nomake tests, it throws error
In the middle like No suitable compiler found in PATH. Aborting.

Please let me know if MingW is also needed along with jom.
