[Interest] QFileSystemWatch on /sys/bus/usb/devices (Linux)

Inotify doesn't work on /sys/bus/usb/devices/ (at least not on my kernel version)
Can I use QFileSystemWatcher on that directory or is it just a Qt-Wrapper for inotify?
