[Interest] [Qt-Interest] Shut down "Qt-Interest" list (nokia) in favor of "Interest" (qt-project)?

Can't we just close the old lists by sending a single final message to 
them, directing people to sign up to the new lists if they are still 
interested, and after that, for a brief period just bounce any messages 
to the old lists with a message of the same nature?

The lists have been living side by side for too long for my taste already.
