I, at least, never saw a message about the topic in qt-interest mailing
list; I only moved over to the "new list" when I found the old one not
being posted to, and finally saw Thiago's blog about Qt-Project.org
being setting up.
While personally I think the switch was a bit mishandled due to lack of
everyone being notified; a formal announcement being made would be
really good for those stragglers that didn't figure it out since then.
