[Interest] QT 4.8

I have installed qt-4.8 64bit on a rhel6 64bit linux computer.  I chose default installation.  The installation was successful.
However, assistant shows nothing in Contents window, search does not find anything, index does not work.
Do I need to define something to make assistant useful?
Documentation tab in the Preferences dialog shows:
com.trolltech.com.assistantinternal-1.0.0
Is that correct or not?  Should I add some other path to get the qt documentation?

Also, I can't find designer in this new installation.  Is it hiding somewhere under a different name?
Is it possible that it is no longer part of this version of qt?  Is qtcreator now the only ui editor?
