Please define "desktop", "laptop", "screen size" and "not visible"! There is
almost no information here - remember: Qt runs on dozens of operating systems,
has hundreds of versions and custom builds, and has seen almost all screen
sizes known to man.

Look at the documentation of QDesktopWidget - a few methods in there might be
of interest to you... ;-)
