[Interest] QtSVG deprecated

Contact me off-list, please. (or I will when I get home and dig your address out of my mailing list archives)
I might be willing to volunteer to maintain this piece.
One motivation is that I use it in a project of mine and transitioning to QtWebKit just for the SVG may cause excessive bloat.
