If your software is under a GPL-compatible license, feel free to use this:

(git URL: git://silmor.de/konrad/tzone.git )

Otherwise you could use the IETF Time Zone code directly, develop your own 
adaptation or wait at least a year till Qt 5.1 (if TZ support happens to 
happen in that release).
