[Interest] Harmattan toolchain broken in latest SDK download image?

Hi all,

 After adding a desktop target to a Harmattan project, I could not
anymore deploy to QEMU 'target not available' was the error.

 Knowing that re-installing the SDK helps that, I downloaded the
latest image and apparently to harmattan tool-chain post install is
broken, is this known? Or am I doing something wrong with the
installation ?
