[Interest] planet qt.fr

Hello all,

I am french, and currently I am creating planetqt.fr ( rss agregator for
french blog talking about Qt)  .

 ( Content is in english just for testing)
I already get the domain name : planetqt.fr, so now I wanted to know if I
have the full right to use the Qt Logo and if I have to add the licence
somewhere.
On the other hand, if someone has a french Qt blog, you are welcome to give
url to me, so I can add it.
