[Interest] Missing Qt SDK on download page?

Hi,

There have been two Qt SDKs:

-> One made by Nokia mainly for the purpose of making apps to Symbian and MeeGo phones
-> One made by Digia for commercial Qt licensees

Since Symbian and MeeGo are using existing Qt versions, Nokia does not need to update those to the SDK. It is still available via Nokia developer, and there is a link to it in the Qt Project download page.

We are working hard together in the Qt Project to make new SDK for the Qt Project. First step is to release the Qt 5.0 beta 2, which is still an offline bundle, but already provides both Qt and Creator. Later it will be changed to be an online one, and include also Qt 4.8 - we hope to do these as soon as possible after the beta 2.

The commercial SDK naturally continues to exist for the commercial licensees.

Yours,

          Tuukka

There isn't an SDK release for the newer versions of 4.8 unless you're
a commercial customer.
