It wasn't going to happen for 5.0.x. For 5.1.0, we can do it.

Please help out the releasing folks by joining the releasing at qt-project.org 
mailing list. We at least need people to test the plugins and would greatly 
appreciate if someone has pre-baked rules to install the PostgreSQL binaries 
on Windows.
