I am observing that on iOS, svg files cause Invalid Image Data errors in my Qt5.2 QtQuick app.
These same svg files render just fine when I run the same Qt 5.2 QtQuick app on a few recent Android versions. I'm currently on KitKat 4.4.2, on a Google Nexus 7 7" (2012).
Here's an example error on iPhone 5/iOS 6.0.2:
file:///private/var/mobile/Applications/02A6BEEE-2204-4189-932F-3B15B9DAD804/WidgetsGallery_wo_core.app/qml/WidgetsGallery/Widgets/DesktopIcon.qml:21:5: QML Image: Invalid image data: file:///private/var/mobile/Applications/02A6BEEE-2204-4189-932F-3B15B9DAD804/WidgetsGallery_wo_core.app/qml/WidgetsGallery/Widgets/img/homeIcon.svg
I see a similar issue listed in JIRA for the QtPorts: Android Component, but the issue is Closed. Anybody else seeing this or am I doing something obviously wrong? These svg files render fine in several Mac Desktop apps, too.
(BTW, my .pro file does contain QT += svg)
