[Interest] Report designer

Hi,

NCReport is a commercial product. For a well tested open source tool, see
for instance OpenRPT (http://www.xtuple.com/openrpt).
NB OpenRPT is now bundled in the xTuple ERP installer, but you can select
only the standalone OpenRPT during the install.
