You cannot use both Qt4 and Qt5 from the same application, that's right. KDE hasn't released a Qt5 version yet, so this means that you cannot use the KDE classes from your Qt5 application (unless you give the unreleased KDE Frameworks 5 a try and build them ourself).

However, to prevent a possible misunderstanding, you can of course run a Qt5 application under KDE4 -- but that's not what you're asking for here.
