[Interest] Error when installing KDSoap

Hi,
I am following the KDSoap intallation guide in intall.txt.
This is an error I got when installing KDSoap on Windows XP. I use the
command
>mingw32-make
 in KDSoap directory.
Please have a look in the attached file.
I don't have Visual studio to run nmake.
Thank you. Any suggestion is welcome.
