Thanks very much.

but I found the system registry, I find that the 
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Trolltech\OrganizationDefaults andr QMake.

when I add the prop via qmake -set prop value, the value is stored in 
QMake\2.01a\

Maybe I can read the qmake source code to know it.
