Hello Marc

Install the packages from RHEL that provide the missing files mentioned above. 
I don't know what the packages are called on RHEL, but you should have a tool 
that searches for files in the uninstalled packages.

On Fedora 17, the first two files are provided by libX11-devel, the latter two 
by xorg-x11-proto-devel.

Also, while you're checking for the packages containing the headers, check if 
Qt 3.3.8b available for RHEL 6. Version 3.3.8b was released on January 2008, 
which is over 2 years before RHEL 6. On my Fedora 17, it's called qt3.
