[Interest] RPC error when accessing QFileOpenDialog::getOpenFileName

Hi,

does anybody know why the exception at 0x7591c41f, code: 0x6ba: RPC server
unavailable, flags=0x1 (execution cannot be continued) (first chance)
is thrown while debugging an app.?
