[Interest] QML Performance, DropShadow, GaussianDirectionalBlur

First a disclaimer, I haven't played with QML Profiler for more than 30 
minutes or so yet.

My application appears to spend a big chunk of its startup in 
DropShadow.qml:375 and GaussianDirectionalBlur.qml in various places, 
around 33% total.

Looking at the sources, it seems those are doing non-trivial amount of 
math in Javascript.   Any plans for moving QtGraphicalEffects to C++?
