[Interest] QML and video

Embedded Linux using GStreamer as multimedia backend, correct.

It's a TI DM8148 processor, very similar to their OMAP processors with the SGX GPU.

In Qt 4.8, it was pretty straight forward using video through QML, it lent itself to using the EGL through QPainterVideoSurface. 

I am thinking that I need to add EGL properties to the QSGVideoItemSurface, or better yet, create my own MyVideoSurface.

Any thoughts?
