Ensure that your Qt version and your Kit are properly set up (Tools > 
Options > Build & Run).

If it's all nice, create a bug report at 
http://bugreports.qt-project.org/ with some more information:
* Qt Creator version
* Kind of project (qbs/qmake/cmake...)
