[Interest] One MediaPlayer on two VideoOutput elements?

Just wanted to try out the QmlVideoTee example, but it seems I am
missing something:
qabstractvideosurface.h: No such file or directory
#include <qabstractvideosurface.h>
^
Where do I find that file?
