Visual Studio 2013 doesn't come with the desktop Windows API reference

To install an offline version nevertheless, follow these steps:
   - download
   - mount VS2012Documentation.iso
   - open Visual Studio 2013
   - press Ctrl-Alt-F1 (opens the help viewer on the add/remove content
   - select the mounted ISO as installation source
   - the "Windows Desktop App Development" help content becomes available
   - add it and press the update button

Now you should be able to view all the golden functions of the beautiful
Windows API.

Have fun,
