[Interest] Qt for Android supported versions

Hi,

the app created is compatible with API >= 4, i.e. Android 1.6. You can
restrict this setting (if required) by specifying a different level of
compatibility in the field "Minimum required SDK" of the
"AndroidManifest.xml" of the application.
