Seems like a valid concern ... but the fact that those resources are hosted on nokia.com doesn't necessarily mean that MS now owns the copyright to them (I'd guess that'd still be Digia).
Anyway, sounds like a good idea to "vacuum" the community wiki for offline perusal ;)
