I'm using qt-vs-addin-1.2.3-opensource.exe<http://download.qt.io/official_releases/vsaddin/qt-vs-addin-1.2.3-opensource.exe> right now with VS2013 Update 2, and unless I'm mistaken, that is Qt5-based. There's also a newer 1.2.4 version available.
