[Interest] Print output different on Qt5.4.2 vs 4.8.5

Hi All,

I've ported my app to Qt5 and I'm stuck with one problem. My printouts 
are not correct on Qt5.
I made a small test program which shows the problem.

The problem occurs on Windows, Ubuntu and OSX. As soon as Qt5 is used 
the printing is wrong.

See attached screen shots.

Has anyone seen this before or knows what I'm doing wrong?
