[Interest] Installer Framework Error

Hi,

I am trying to install the installer framework on a 64 bit windows machine running Windows 7 and running into problem. I began by statically building QT on windows using the configuring specified in the README in the installer framework's repo, which seemed to work fine. Next, I ran qmake from the installer framework's root repo and got an error about git not being recognized.

Then I ran nmake and ran into errors like this:
nmake : fatal error u1077 'cd'

The errors occurred after the following commands were issued by nmake:

Any help with this would be MUCH appreciated. I already have the framework working on Mac, but really need it working on windows.
