QtSerialPort was a lot more active before 5.3, unlike QtScript, which hasn't 
seen almost any relevant activity since 5.0.

Also, QtSerialPort consists of exactly two classes, so lack of activity is not 
an indication of stalled development. It might be that it's just good enough 
for everyone now.
