[Interest] QWebEngine and MP4

All,
I have a client trying to get MP4 videos to play in an application which 
is using QWebEngine. I have found a few blurbs which state there is some 
licensing issue, but have not found a link with instructions on how to 
make it work. Does one need to build all of Qt from source using some 
switches, or do you just need to add a few switches to the application 
when compiling?
