Correct. If you want them now, source code is available: code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtcharts.git/<http://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtcharts.git/>

With Qt 5.7 we are packaging Qt Charts and many other new modules also within the installer.

And I cant for the life of me find the new (or old, or any) Qt Charts sub module.
