[Interest] Qt 5.6.0 online installer does not provide VS runtime libraries

On a Windows 10 virtual machine that is essentially a clean install of
Windows 10, I went to http://www.qt.io/download-open-source/ and downloaded
the online installer (
http://download.qt.io/official_releases/online_installers/qt-unified-windows-x86-online.exe).
I then executed the application and was given the following error message:
"The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your
computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I got the same result with the offline installer (
http://download.qt.io/official_releases/qt/5.6/5.6.0/qt-opensource-windows-x86-msvc2013_64-5.6.0.exe
)

It seems rather unfriendly for the installer to not install the necessary
VC libraries as well. Is this intentional?

PS: I am trying to write instructions for an outside firm to use to
translate our application. I know how to work around this problem, but I
wouldn't expect others to.
