Saw it and already Patched the local File. QtWebEngine compiles now even
without the 'vs2017_install' Variable set. Lets see if the linking will
work flawlessly - Hardcoded Path is set to 'Professional' but my VS
Version is 'Community' (but correctly detected from the QtWebEngine
Build Tools). Will update the BR later.

Sorry everybody for the noise - this is how it goes sometimes :)
