Qt 5.8 works with MSVC 2017 flawlessly.

Note: 5.8, not 5.8.0.

We're discussing whether we need to, as MSVC 2017 is binary compatible with 
2015. But it looks like we'll need to do it in the next release (5.9.0). They 
haven't happened for the betas yet.
