[Interest] [Android-development] Text Selection Handles Qt 5.8 QQC2 - some workarounds

Hi Robert,

thanks, voted for the issue!

By the way, there are some more tickets regarding the selection/cursor
handles. e.q QTBUG-58700 and QTBUG-57031.

Unfortunately there seems to be no API to manually hide/show the
selection/cursor handles. Otherwise it would be possible to add some fixes
to the enduser application to fix some issues there in the meantime.

So I hope that one of the Android maintainers finds some time to tackle
some of the issues. I would really appreciate that a LOT and it would for
sure also result in more awesome showcase applications (as I said, in my
experience most of the users start with a TextArea and just a few basic
components).
