my origin problem was building openssl for Android on OSX because of
-mandroid error (https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-59375 and others)

Just built openssl again with -DOPENSSL_THREADS
couldn't reproduce the crash anymore :)
tomorrow will send out to customer to test again
