I'm assuming you forgot a 0 there and you meant Qt 5.10. Qt 5.1 did not 
support MSVC 2015 because MSVC 2015 did not exist yet. Neither did MSVC 2013 
for that matter.

If you type cl from that same shell or command prompt, what happens?
