[Interest] Force use of QMAKE CXXFLAGS set through ENV Var

Oops. Small Correction. Dumb Copy and Paste Error. It is:
* SET QMAKE=-project "QMAKE_CXXFLAGS+=-pipe"

And I forgot to mention, I also tried:
* doskey g++=g++ -pipe
* doskey gcc=gcc -pipe
